By creating an account or using ListForge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.
ListForge is an AI-powered tool that generates Etsy listing content — titles, descriptions, tags, alt text, and Pinterest copy — based on a description of your product and, optionally, a reference image you upload. Content is generated using a third-party AI provider (OpenAI).
You must create an account to use the Service and verify your email address before generating listings. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering.
ListForge uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. New accounts receive free starter credits. Each listing generation consumes credits at the rate shown in the app at the time of generation. Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe, our payment processor. There is no subscription or recurring charge — you only pay when you choose to buy more credits.
Credits already used to generate a listing are non-refundable, since the underlying AI generation cost has already been incurred. If you believe you were charged in error, or purchased credits you haven't used, contact us at listforge@pngcliparts.com and we'll review your request.

You own the listing content ListForge generates for you and are free to use it on Etsy or elsewhere. AI-generated content can occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies — you're responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring your final listings comply with Etsy's policies and applicable law. ListForge doesn't guarantee any particular search ranking, visibility, or sales outcome.
If you upload a reference image, it's sent to our AI provider solely to generate that listing and is not stored by ListForge afterward.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including OpenAI (for content generation) and Stripe (for payment processing). Your use of the Service means your relevant data may be processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your account, listing history, and remaining credits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the anti-abuse or rate-limiting systems.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific business outcome from using generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListForge and its operator won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
